All funds are held by S-Crow, at a reputable banking institution, Investec Bank Limited operating in a similar way to a trust account, and realeased as per the contract.
Managed by experienced Chartered Accountant
S-Crow is managed by Ilse le Roux,a Chartered Accountant with 18 years experience covering all aspects from start up business, financial management and auditing. Keen analyst with experience in business consulting and implementation of systems and controls with hands-on experience in handling diversified projects.
She is responsible for executing the organisation's strategy and overseeing its day-to-day operations.
Marketing
Steve has been active in the hospitality and eventing industry since 1990. Starting as a partner in Triple M Music for many years together with Martin Myers, together they started Crew U providing crew and transport services in Cape Town for over 40 international touring concerts including Whitney Houston, Tina Turner & Michael Jackson. He also worked as part of the Cape Town production team for these international concerts overseeing the event setup and breakdown components. He was the production manager for the Smirnoff International Fashion Awards and the J&B Global Conference held in Cape Town as well as many of the Smirnoff Experiences. He was technical production manager for many years of the Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg Fashion Weeks. He currently owns and operates SMD Technical which has been running for 25 years providing lighting, sound and generators to many corporate and wedding events.
As a partner in S-Crow and still being active in the industry, he will not be involved in the admin and running of the company, but only with the marketing aspect.

Auditing firm AMF & Associates performs agreed-upon procedures, in terms of International Standards on Related Services, to ensure the validity and accuracy of the Transactions and Balances of S-Crow's account.
